Microsoft Outlook is one of the most popular email clients. Millions of people across the world like MS Outlook to manage their emails. This is one of the best creations of Microsoft that stores a calendar, contact, notes and journals efficiently. In 2015, the company had launched Outlook for Phones and Tablets including Android and IOS (Apple O/S). The latest Outlook 2016 has been launched that supports many updated features.

MS Outlook 2016 has all the tools and functions that users have experienced in previous versions of the email client. It has some additional features to give the email client more professional look and make communication faster.

Email Attachment has been improved to save time of users. The feature allows users to easily attach documents that you have most recently used to your emails from the Ribbon.

It allows you to create groups to improve conversation and work as a team. Users can add a group as a favourite that allows to access conversation history in the offline mode.

Search option has been improved much in Outlook 2016 to make search faster and reliable. You are capable to locate a specific email across the system, Office 365 Mailbox or Exchange 16 Server. You can make search with hints or keywords. The Search tab has been modernized. It is descriptive “Tell Me What You Want to Do”. Just provide a few hints to find out the message you are looking for.

The option “Move to Clutter” is added in Outlook 2016 to move low priority messages out of the inbox. It allows users to easily scan important messages and manage the data.

MS Outlook for Windows supports MSG, OST and PST file extension. Users can select any suitable file extension for their Outlook. The MS Outlook for Mac supports OLM, EML and MBOX file extensions. MS Outlook for Windows cannot access the data of Outlook for Mac. Also, the Outlook for Mac cannot access the data of Outlook for Windows. Third party tool support is required. There are many conversion programs that promise to convert from Outlook for Mac to Outlook for Windows or Outlook for windows to Outlook for Mac.
