Launch and Select Desired OFT Files
- Click on the application icon to launch it on your system.
- In the “Browse OFT Files”, click the radio button of “Folder Mode” or “File Mode.”
- Now, press “Browse” to select and upload locally saved OFT files
Get a Preview of Uploaded OFT Files
- The tool displays folder name, items of each folder in tabular format and detail of each item.
- Choose “Vertical or Horizontal” direction to preview the data.
Export to PDF
- Select “Export” tab for the next step
- Choose “PDF Files” and then check “Save Attachments”
- Select date range – “From and To”
- From the Naming Convention box, click the arrow sign to choose a unique name of the output file
- Now, check “Remove Duplicate Content” (optional feature)
Final Steps
- Click the radio button of “Include Header” or “Exclude Header”
- In the “Select Output Location” click “Browse” to select a local folder to save the exported data
- Finally, press the “Convert Now” tab
